Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons and holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be delayed. Shipping times are estimates only and do not include processing times.
