Return Policy
For domestic orders, you may return or exchange most unworn and unused items within 14 business days from the delivery date. Refunds and exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
- We will determine eligibility for a refund or exchange once the piece has arrived and been inspected. Items that are damaged or show signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee or deemed ineligible.
Custom orders, personalized, engraved, half-sized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Select pieces may only be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
We also do not accept partial returns for sets (e.g., returning only the chain from a necklace set). Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us. Once we receive your item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
